So they just dropped the price on Unit #223 at 3253 Meridian Blvd by $200,000! Coming in at $339,900 this is now the cheapest Condo in Mammoth. Was it a typo? Or were they fishing for a whale before and decided to come back to reality a bit? Lets take a quick look at the property.

So at $539,900 this was definitely WAY overpriced. Yes your close to Eagle Lodge in the winter, Yes you have covered parking. But its dated. Interior looks original and yes it is move in ready, but its not modern or upgraded in any way. Location is great in my opinion. Away from the chaos of Canyon Lodge or the Village, but still close to the lakes in the summer and Mtn. in the winter. At $340k its kind of a deal. I wouldn’t call it a steal but it should sell fast. This property could work as a starter condo for a local couple or a couple with 1 kid. Also cheap 2nd home if you want to get a foot in Mammoth without spending too much. We will keep an eye on this one and see what it ends up selling for and for how much.
