So this price is a little shocking to me. $579,000 for a condo in Crowley. I love Crowley. This is a great complex. There's a creek that runs right beside it but still it's a two-bedroom, two-bath condo, not even in Mammoth, and they want close to $600,000. Also a $500/month HOA. Your payment plus your HOA makes this pretty unaffordable for a normal family.

This one seems like a classic case of people still thinking it's 2022 and that there's gonna be bidding wars. Maybe they put too much money into the remodel. Who knows what their thinking is but this seems at least $100,000, maybe $125,000, too expensive. I wouldn't be surprised if this one sits on the market for a long long time.
