So this one seems much more reasonable. At first glance you might think $829,000 for a two-bedroom is crazy but it's 1,500 sq ft so obviously there's some space inside there. Overlooking a pond, got great views of the mountains. People talk a lot of trash about Snowcreek but the reality is they do a good job taking care of the grounds. It's always beautiful when you go through there.

So even though it's only a two-bedroom, it's got a big loft. That loft can be so nice if you have kids or family visiting, just extra space for people to spread out into. Digging a little bit into the history of the property, it looks like they listed it just over a year ago for $959K and then took it off the market in January. $829K seems much more reasonable than $959K. I'm not saying this is going to sell quick, but they seem motivated to sell because it's the second time they listed. Maybe if someone came in with an offer of $779,000, something in that range, they might accept it. I think this will sell, not sure how fast. Probably for a little bit below what they're asking for.
